Publications

Our publications offer evidence, insight, and recommendations on housing and growth. From planning reform to skills policy and land assembly, our reports shape practical solutions to the challenges the UK faces.

In 2025, the group evolved from two separate PLGs into a single entity focused on housing delivery and growth. Publications from our time as the Housing Market & Housing Delivery and Regeneration & Growth PLGs are clearly marked. Similarly, publications released during our tenure previously as an APPG are marked as such.
